ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Developed policies and procedures for federal compliance for the County of Orange.
Assisted in the allocation, monitoring, and compliance of federal grants at the County of Orange to provide supportive services and address emergency housing needs across the County.
Pre-RSG: Worked at the City of Milpitas to deliver CDBG funds to support affordable housing and economic development.
HOUSING
Assisted with the development and implementation of Rent Stabilization Ordinances for the Cities of Santa Ana, Pomona, and Pico Rivera.
Assisted with the development and implementation of the Rental Registry for the City of Santa Ana.
Pre-RSG: Assisted with the coordination of the biennial Point-In-Time Count, including methodology development, volunteer recruitment, leveraging community support and participation, and event logistics.
Pre-RSG: Worked at the City of Milpitas to implement and administer an emergency rental assistance program.
