RECENT ENGAGEMENTS

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Coordinated the City of South Gate’s US Environmental Protection Agency $500,000 Community Wide Brownfield Assessment Grant. It included procuring a project team consisting of environmental engineers & community engagement firms.  The outcome will facilitate City efforts to undertake economic and community development.

HOUSING

Led the Sacramento Continuum of Care’s effort to secure additional resources through the Housing and Urban Development Special Notice of Funding Availability Continuum of Care funds to house homeless residents.

Assisting the cities of Pomona and Pico Rivera in implementing their Rent Stabilization Ordinances, including ordinance design, content creation, community meetings, and implementation.

Have undertaken specialized studies regarding Disparate Housing Analysis and housing authority process feasibility to secure an allocation of Housing and Urban Development Housing Choice Vouchers.
