ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Assisting in analyzing and proposing community benefit contributions for the City of San Carlos by conducting comprehensive research across multiple cities and jurisdictions. Assisted in drafting of presentation.
Assisting in reviewing land use programming prepared by the City of Temple City to determine feasibility of 4 land use scenarios; including public and private uses. Analyzed Surplus Land Act and drafted findings and recommendations.
HOUSING
Reviewing annual Development Impact Fee Reports for the City of Atwater to aid in achieving compliance.
Review and approval of Santa Ana rental ordinance exemption requests.
REAL ESTATE
Assisting the City of South Gate in the assessment of a development agreement for a 27-acre parcel while also recommending terms. Researching and recommending community benefit contributions and impact fee options.
Performed market research and aided in assessing the viability of repurposing bayfront property owned by the Port of San Diego for hospitality purposes.
