The City of Roseville retained RSG in January 2024 to evaluate potential opportunities and feasibility of residential development in two commercial corridors in the City. RSG assessed a reasonable timeline for housing development and range of capture of regional economic and demographic conditions in the two corridors. RSG consulted economic forecasts, demographic trends, market data, development feasibility, and conducting interviews with local stakeholders to inform its study. The study also offered incentives the City may pursue to attract developers to these corridors.
